Kepercayaan dalam Memediasi Keamanan dan Persepsi Resiko terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen

This study aims to determine the effect of trust as a mediating variable between security and perceived risk on consumer buying interest, security, risk, interest in Lazada consumers Surabaya. research method is quantitative. The sample this was 90 respondents using non-probability sampling technique analytical tool used SmartPLS 3.0. results showed, a) that path coefficient value 0.512 p-value 0.001, so were positive significant; b) perception -0.029 0.748, are negative not c) 0.270 0.109, d) 0.457 e) purchase intention -0.179 0.010, significant. In conclusion, 7 existing hypotheses, only 3 hypotheses have an influence including affecting trust, influencing intention, interest. While other 4 no effect, namely has does mediate relationship intention.
